As Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and optimising the business planning processes across 12 regions and several support functions.

This role focuses on advanced data and analysis, reporting, and facilitating IBP sessions to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.

This is a hybrid working role with national travel required frequently to support 12 regions.

About the role

You will lead the IBP Review Process with Support Functions and facilitate IBP sessions with the COO and functions to ensure full transparency of initiatives and current risks.

Conduct advanced data analysis and modelling using IBP tools to support business planning decisions and perform trend analysis to identify and create actionable insights.

Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of IBP tools and assist with troubleshooting and resolving tool-related issues. Coach senior stakeholders on the use and benefits of IBP tools.

Prepare detailed reports and track IBP performance ensuring alignment with the budget accountability of all 12 regions and support functions, driving improvement and cost savings.

About You

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct advanced data analysis and modelling.
    • Proficient in using IBP tools and related software (MI App development Skills and advanced IT Skills incl. SharePoint, PowerApps and web design)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create support networks.
    • Ability to influence without direct authority.
    • Ability to facilitate and lead meetings effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
    • Project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Programming skills for developing and coding online tools.
  • Educated to degree level, preferably in business administration, data science, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business planning, data analysis, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in managing and coordinating business planning processes across multiple regions.
    • Experience in training and supporting team members on technical tools.
