What we are building

The Marketing team at Domino is in the process of building a world class demandgen engine that will help to fuel Domino’s inbound pipeline and revenue. We are seeking to build both a reliable and predictable demandgen infrastructure that will allow us to scale to new heights and grow our customer base of enterprise Fortune 2000 accounts in key verticals. Our demandgen strategy will require a modern approach to developing trust with, and adding real-world value to our prospects, analysts, investors and customers.

What your impact will be

  • Transform and Optimize Nurture Programs: Refresh and elevate our email nurture strategy to boost engagement and accelerate lead conversion to MQL. Aim to grow nurture enrollment by 10% and generate 100 MQLs within the first 6 months
  • Enhance Our Demo Series: Lead and revamp our weekly demo series to align with our verticalization strategy. Drive attendance up by 10% while creating an elevated and seamless experience
  • Ensure Seamless Lead Flow: Collaborate with RevOps to monitor inbound leads, ensuring they move smoothly through our system. Address any issues in real time to keep operations efficient
  • Build Compelling Newsletters: Develop and maintain a monthly prospect newsletter that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement
  • Collaborate with SDRs: Partner with our SDR team to fine-tune follow-up sequences and maintain a continuous feedback loop, ensuring that effective tactics are identified and scaled
  • Support Campaign Operations: Take charge of key campaign elements, from landing page development to ensuring accurate tracking protocols and acquiring campaign materials. Your contributions will ensure flawless execution
  • Drive Email Performance: Work with MarketingOps to uphold email best practices, ensure A/B testing is regularly implemented, and maintain high-quality target lists. You’ll also help improve our email click-through rates by 15%
  • Elevate Event Outreach: Create four Goldcast templates that not only align with our brand but also enhance pre- and post-event email communication

What we look for in this role

  • Proven experience designing and executing effective email nurture programs
  • Expertise in virtual event management
  • In-depth understanding of the lead lifecycle and integrated campaigns within tech environments, particularly with a track record of scaling high-quality pipeline
  • Demonstrated success in running virtual events and webinars
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of follow-through
  • Ability to connect dots, identify patterns, and design impactful programs
  • Data-driven mindset—capable of analyzing trends and translating them into actionable insights
  • Ability to prioritize efforts based on the highest impact to the business
  • Expertise in email marketing best practices and performance measurement
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills
  • Proficiency in campaign and demand gen performance measurement, including the ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies
  • Experience with lead lifecycle management and optimizing SDR follow-ups
  • Familiarity with relevant tech stacks (e.g., webinar platforms, HubSpot/Marketo, Outreach, Salesforce)

The annual US base salary range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.

Compensation Range $85,000—$100,000 USD
