Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior Performance Specialist to spearhead our client’s digital marketing efforts and drive exceptional results across multiple platforms. In this key position, you’ll be the driving force behind comprehensive performance marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital channels. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing campaigns, analyzing complex data sets, and providing strategic insights that shape the future of our clients’ digital presence. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive, multi-channel performance marketing strategies that drive measurable results for clients
  • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Oversee and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and other digital channels
  • Analyze complex campaign data and provide actionable insights to continuously improve performance and ROI
  • Manage key client relationships, presenting results, strategic recommendations, and leading high-level strategy discussions
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, incorporating innovative techniques into marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing approaches and cohesive strategies across all channels
  • Drive innovation in performance marketing techniques, testing new approaches and platforms to keep the agency ahead of the curve
  • Contribute to business development efforts by participating in pitches and helping to secure new clients
  • Oversee substantial marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and maximizing return on investment for clients
  • Develop and implement performance tracking and reporting systems that provide clear, actionable insights to clients and internal teams
  • Contribute to the agency’s thought leadership through content creation, speaking engagements, or industry events

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads, Meta platforms, and other digital channels
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Extensive experience in managing substantial marketing budgets and driving significant ROI for clients
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team of performance marketers
  • Advanced analytical capabilities and experience with a wide range of marketing analytics tools and platforms
  • Expert-level knowledge of performance marketing best practices, including audience targeting, conversion rate optimization, and attribution modeling
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex marketing challenges
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • A passion for digital marketing and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and innovations
  • Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.) are a plus
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency environment is highly desirable
