Job Description

This role will assist the Business Development Representative of Vietnam in all administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.

  • Ensuring timely follow-up on contracting with clients, maintaining a strong communication channel, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Coordinating and supporting the setup or launch of events for clients, including logistics, venue preparation, and necessary materials.
  • Contributing to the successful organization of in-person marketing or business development events, providing assistance with planning, setup, and attendee coordination.
  • Accepting any additional responsibilities or tasks assigned by the Business Development Representative to optimize team performance and achieve desired outcomes.
