As the Client Solutions Account Executive, you will be an integral part of our mission, responsible for selling programs and training products to new leads and existing clients, while also engaging with inbound leads and managing client relationships. Your role extends beyond initial sales, contributing to the comprehensive upliftment of mental health through strategic upselling of our diverse product offerings.

Additionally, your collaborative spirit will shine as you work closely with diverse teams to understand unique industry challenges, ensuring our programs and solutions effectively address clients' needs. As a holistic contributor, you'll provide support in the administrative and operational facets, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

  • Drive sales of our mental health programs, wellbeing programs, and trainings for organisations
  • Engage with inbound leads, managing client relationships during program sales and strategically upselling additional products.
  • Lead the sales cycle from initiation to closure, collaborating closely with the commercial team and internal stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to gain insights into clients' industries, understanding unique challenges and positioning our programs as tailored solutions.
  • Provide support in administrative flows to ensure smooth execution of programs.
  • Undergo Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training to be a certified MHFAider

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of successful sales experience, demonstrating proficiency in building pipelines and closing deals.
  • Preferred experience in pitching and selling corporate trainings and programs, showcasing effective communication and persuasion skills.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language proficiency as a strong asset.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and contribute to upselling strategies.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to work closely with diverse teams to understand industry challenges and align solutions.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills to support operational flows.
  • A passion for continuous learning and growth, coupled with adaptability for a fast-paced environment.
