We are looking for new talent to be part of a design team focused on creating quality experiences based on customer needs. You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and rely heavily on qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

The cloud-based platform uses artificial intelligence, prescriptive analytics, and optimization to deliver agile merchandising decisions. To date, we’re backed by more than $12M in funding from leading venture capital investors and are working with global retailers like Versace, River Island, and Pepe Jeans.
Are you passionate about user experience, visual design and design systems? Are you eager to learn and grow within a multidisciplinary department? If the answer is yes, we’d like to hear from you.
IMPORTANT: We’re looking for someone who can sign a minimum 6-month internship agreement through their university/school (convenio).
You will be:
- Exploring design concepts for digital products through artifacts like sketches, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Creating prototypes that tangibly demonstrate a proposed concept or solution
- Collaborating with content designers to ensure content within an experience is consistent, 'fit for purpose' and meets customer needs
- Engage stakeholders and members of your product team to ensure your proposed design fits product goals and technical constraints in addition to user needs.
- Partner side-by-side with engineers to bring designs to life and to quickly resolve challenges.
- Developing Design System components, patterns, principles, and libraries while collaborating with other designers.
- Participating in design research, user research, and validation testing.

Requirements
- Knowledge of Figma and prototyping tools
- Attention to detail (Pixel perfect).
- The ability to create animations for Microinteractions of Design System elements is a plus
- Self-motivated and self-organised
- Good time management and personal organizational skills are essential
- A good team member who likes to help, but also likes to stay focused to get things done.
- Passion for technology and likes to be continuously learning.
- Fluent in English
