German <> Italian interpreter

We are selecting linguists competent in the Italian <> German combination for present and future projects.

The services we will collaborate on will be in simultaneous or consecutive interpretation from Italian to German and vice versa

Your main tasks in this role will include:

- Support our clients in understanding the content of events

- Ensure that the target content correctly reflects the meaning of the source

Requirements

• Degree in Translation, Applied Linguistics, Interpreting or equivalent experience
• Native speaker in one of the languages involved
• Excellent command of Italian and German
• Experience in simultaneous and consecutive interpreting services
• Experience with interpretation systems (interpreter console, booth, etc.)
• Linguistic and cultural skills of both the source and target language
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment with frequent priority changes
• Ability to maintain professional attitude under pressure
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills
