Now we are looking for an IT Recruiter who will work together with us to find the best talent in UI/UX design, software development, automation, testing and more, who is not afraid of challenging tasks, has an active life position and is ready to participate in company life.
Key responsibilities for current position in our company are:
- Love people, communication, be positive;
- Building a recruiting pipeline of top technical talent;
- Managing the full recruitment process from the initial outreach to making the offer;
- Implement candidates sourcing strategies using relevant recruiting tools;
- Building strong relationships with candidates through regular communication and positive experience;
- Source and screen candidates according to specific selection criteria, make up performance reviews and share pre selected applications with hiring team;
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and interviewers appropriately;
- Сonfidently articulate our competitive offer, manage offer extension and effectively close positions;
- Support the onboarding of new employees by collaborating with HR;
- Collaborate with colleagues regarding the HR strategy and support implementing it locally;
- Drafting employment contracts and other necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT-recruitment (2 year+);
- Strong track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates;
- Good technology stacks understanding and solid industry knowledge to screen candidates, companies, open-source communities and conferences;
- Know how to handle end to end recruitment process life cycle in IT;
- High level of spoken and written English (B1+);
- Outstanding time management, organizational and record-keeping skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
- Result oriented, self-driven and proactive personality;
- Excellent research/sourcing skills and the ability to focus on quality, not just quantity;
- Solid analytical skills and attention to details.
