As an IT Security and Compliance Manager you will...
- Lead the preparation for SOC 2, PCI, and HECVAT audits, including gathering evidence, preparing documentation, and managing relationships with external auditors.
- Ensure that internal policies align with compliance requirements and are consistently enforced across all departments.
- Serve as the point of contact for explaining our compliance frameworks and audit readiness to potential and existing customers, providing confidence in our security and regulatory posture.
- Monitor and audit internal processes to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement, ensuring we remain compliant with evolving standards.
- Develop training materials and sessions to ensure that staff are aware of compliance responsibilities and that procedures are understood and followed.
