Your Role
You'll support Italian-speaking Mercedes-Benz customers with questions about their vehicles, features and connected services.
You'll:
Help customers understand vehicle features and services
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support
Handle enquiries via phone, email and chat
Explain solutions clearly and professionally
Deliver the premium customer experience Mercedes-Benz is known for
No technical background required — you'll be trained from the ground up.
Work Remotely From Greece
Once you've relocated and completed your training, you can work 100% remotely from anywhere in Greece.
Your relocation starts in Athens or Thessaloniki, where you'll receive support getting settled. Once you're established, you can choose where you'd like to live — from a lively city to a smaller town or somewhere closer to the coast.
And you'll receive all the equipment you need to work from home.

What We're Looking For
Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken
