Responsibilities
You will have an opportunity to…
- Establish delivery priorities and timelines with Business Owners and Product Owners.
- Create and document features and stories based on user requirements, program objectives, and target architecture.
- Provide assistance during system design and feature creation sessions with the Senior Solution Architect, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Owners.
- Guide the team in creating and maintaining automated test cases.
- Support development teams in delivering features.
- Enhance/Develop a GUI interface used by our Helpdesk and technicians to support our TV and Internet Customers, utilizing API and Kafka to communicate with downstream systems, initiating calls and displaying results.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop an "agile" mindset within the team and coach new Scrum Masters to develop capability across the company.
Qualifications
Minimum Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Java Development within a Scaled Agile Delivery environment.
- 10+ years of experience in backend deevelopment specifically: ReactJS, Java, Angular, Redis, TMP OpenAPI, Oracle, Node.js, MongoDB, Cloud, Docker, Kafka, Spring Boot, and CI/CD Pipeline.
- 5+ years of proficiency in Linux, VM, OpenShift, Oracle Database, and DevOps.Has experience collaborating with remote team members
