Job Description

The Business Development Coordinator provides support to the business development activities. This role involves support in business development back office, data organization, and lead generation strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep the CRM database current with detailed client, prospect, and sales data.
  • Produce and share essential business development content, including presentations, proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Perform initial market analysis to identify viable markets, industries, and client profiles, alongside monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting - Identify potential leads through various channels and initiate contact through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of business development events
  • Create reports to provide updates on business development efforts and evaluate potential risks in new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Essential:
    • Advanced student or graduate in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, International Relations, Business Relationships, or similar.
    • 1 year of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within a business development or marketing environment.
    • C2 English (Spoken and Written)
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Advanced copywriting skills capable of creating impactful messages.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of business development principles.
    • A data-driven mindset.

  • Desirable:
    • Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot is a plus).
    • Knowledge of the software development industry.
