  • We are looking for a passionate, creative, hard-working, and capable individual to join us for the role of a Jr. Product Manager (AutoTech) based in Manila, Philippines. This role will be a contract position for a preferred duration of 12 months. This position will report to the Product Manager located in Singapore. You will work with experienced product leads and designers, who will mentor and engage you as required in conceptualising, designing, and developing exciting new products.
  • You will have regular contact with the full breadth of the diverse TVS Digital team, including technical / nontechnical team members, partners, and clients, to understand their expectations and requirements and then shape the delivery to meet them.
  • You must develop a solid understanding of our products, development processes, and capabilities.
  • You will have the aptitude to manage and contribute to multiple workstreams while being outcome oriented.
  • Experience in a similar role or background would be beneficial but optional.
  • We seek aptitude, enthusiasm, resourcefulness, and a strong desire to learn and contribute within a start-up environment.
  • This role requires a proactive, highly motivated individual with an aptitude for customer focus and critical thinking. You will be expected to take ownership and drive positive results within the product portfolio. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, analytical, detail oriented, and can work well with cross-functional teams.
  • A Product Manager oversees the development of products from start to finish to ensure they meet client's needs and preferences. Their primary duties include determining the overall vision of products, managing various backlog items, and deciding which features each product will have according to the client’s preferences

Qualification & Skills Required:
  • An experienced Product Manager should have worked in the role for at least three to five years or a similar one, such as product management. They should also have a good knowledge of software development and other relevant web technologies and be familiar with agile processes. An experienced Product Manager must have proven hands-on experience managing all product life cycle stages.
  • They should be able to stick to timelines and measure progress during development.
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related fields.
  2. Proven ability to coordinate, plan, execute, and project manage from beginning to end.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to finish the job.
  4. We are taking individual leadership and showing strong ownership of key deliverables.
  5. Self-starter, able to work and thrive in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Curiosity and learning-oriented mindset for financial solutions and technologies.
  8. Collaborative mentality and solid team player.
  9. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are essential
Plus Points:
  • Previous experience in Automotive (but not must) product management and marketing roles.
  • Exposure to Design Thinking, Agile process and tools & methodologies.
