Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Resource Demand Coordinator to assist in winning software engineering and IT application consulting staff augmentation opportunities by analyzing/formulating talent requirements, coordinating and following up with Sales (including Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Account Managers), Sourcing and Recruiting representatives, deciding on the suitability of the candidates for the opportunity and assure readiness to be presented to the client.


  • Assist with talent requirements for the team extension opportunities (“sales resource demand”).
  • Providing team extension proposals and statements of work.
  • Coordinate and follow up with the sales (including presales, solution architects, and account managers), sourcing and recruiting representatives to ensure execution of the sales resource demand.
  • Helping to source with profile generation and ensuring preparation of the potential candidates before the client interview.
  • Review the resumes and interview feedback before the profile is endorsed to the customer.
  • Reporting on the sales resource demand status;
  • Guard, and comply with core purpose, core values, strategy, and all the policies of the company, and ensure the policies are in place and up to date in fiduciary areas.
  • Prioritize time around matters relating to emerging and rising business groups, while trying to develop more in mature and challenging quadrants.


  • Experience in Recruiting/ Staffing agency/ Sales support in staff augmentation business.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong Excel skills required.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of IT Industry.
  • Ability to compare and analyze the lifecycle of resource demand.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in social media is a plus.
  • ATS and CRM exposure is good to have.
