Responsibilities:

  • Kanban Management: Oversee and manage the team's Kanban board, ensuring that tasks are accurately tracked, prioritized, and completed in a timely manner. Identify and address bottlenecks, ensuring a smooth flow of work. Facilitate regular stand-up meetings, reviews, and retrospectives as needed.

  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the technical lead and developers to align project goals and timelines. Coordinate between the mobile app development team and IoT hardware team to ensure seamless integration. Track and report on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Client-Facing Communication: Prepare and present regular project updates to the business team and stakeholders. Help create presentations or reports that effectively communicate project status, risks, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Kanban Expertise: 3+ years of experience in managing projects using the Kanban methodology, preferably in a software development environment. Experience with Trello, Trello Power-ups or similar tools for managing Kanban boards.

  • Project Management Experience: Mid to senior-level experience in project management, ideally within a technology or software development setting. Ability to manage timelines, resources, and risks effectively.

  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with experience preparing client-facing reports and presentations. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Part-Time Availability: This is a part-time role, so flexibility and time management skills are essential.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in projects involving mobile app development.
  • Understanding of the unique challenges associated with coordinating software and hardware (IoT) development.
