Language proficiency:

Native/near native in Korean (South Korea)
Highly fluent in spoken/written English (near-native is a plus)

Role commitment

12-14 hours per month with occasional need for more support
Immediate start available

Skills/experience

High level of precision in Korean spelling/grammar
Appen will screen for reading/writing ability in Korean
Strong “content analysis” experience, including:
Knowledge base management (e.g., writing FAQs)
Online customer service support (mobile/web-based)
Proof-reading, editing, making suggestions
Inclined towards “content improvement.”
Comfortable conducting/participating in meetings and making recommendations directly to customers

Location

Work will be remote
No need for travel or on-site work
Location: US
Must be available to meet with customers in their time zone
