Role Overview:

A dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy, execution, and optimization across various products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and promotion of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Product Launches: Lead the planning, development, and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing teams.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling marketing content, including case studies, product videos, presentations, and blog posts.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, content, and training to effectively sell products.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with customers and gather feedback to inform product development.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a technology or software company.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Experience with market research and competitive analysis.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with low code, monetization, quality control, UX/UI, and gamification.
  • Experience in managing marketing for both iOS and Android native applications.
  • Familiarity with web development and chat systems.
  • Experience in a multicultural environment, with a preference for candidates who can speak Arabic.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid model with remote teams.
