The role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and strategic Lead Partner Marketing Manager to build out our partner marketing success. You will direct the strategic vision for partner marketing, crafting innovative campaigns and programs that inspire partner engagement and fuel business expansion. Partner with the Partner Team to uncover and maximize marketing potential across our diverse partner landscape. Lead the development and execution of a multi-faceted co-marketing strategy, incorporating events, content, and digital channels to drive partner activation and results.

ISVs and Referrals

  • Improve the health of our ecosystem brand.
  • Build drip messaging campaigns through Partnersack to engage activate referral partners at scale.
  • Drive referrals from our ecosystem. This includes ISV and other referral partners.
  • Counter “all-in-one” narrative by co-promoting best of breed alongside partners
  • Support partner co-marketing activities - in person events, webinars, white papers, blogs etc as needed
  • Engage ISV partners to participate / promote Deputy marketing campaigns
  • Partner / integration case studies - Equip AEs with real-time partner wins to leverage and drive more leads from partner AEs
  • Build an evergreen social campaign of “partner wins” highlighting Partner AEs
  • Manage evergreen social campaigns highlighting monthly partners / integrations
  • Build Launch campaigns for new integrations

Embed

  • Drive awareness of our embedded product (pre-sale)
  • Build content and programs to increase revenue from embedded partners (post-sale)
  • Build repeatable, brandable, out-the-box campaigns and digital assets for new Embed partners
  • Organize and produce programs for relevant industry events
  • Develop case studies for embedded partners support co-marketing initiatives to promote partnership.
  • One pager documents + guides
  • Incentive programs

Staffing

  • Write case studies and thought leadership on the industry
  • Build programs to maximize referral revenue from partners
  • Organize and produce programs for relevant industry events

Qualifications and Requirments

  • Proven Leader: 5+ years in partner marketing with demonstrated success leading teams or mentoring others.
  • Strategic Visionary: Track record of building and managing partner marketing programs that drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster strong partner relationships.
  • Results-Oriented: Strong analytical skills to track ROI and optimize partner marketing initiatives.
  • Partner Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of marketing principles, ideally with industry-specific knowledge. Familiarity with account mapping strategies and tools such as Crossbeam, Reveal.
The pay range for this position takes into account multiple factors that are all considered to determine an individual candidate’s starting pay. These factors include but are not limited to: market factors, experience, technical and non-technical skills, education, certifications, and other business acumen. This range does not include any potential incentive programs, such as individual or organizational performance bonuses.
For candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City, the pay range for this position is $153,000 - $176,000.
For candidates based outside San Francisco Bay Area or New York City, the pay range for this position is $139,000 - $160,000.
