We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and management of our enterprise contact center software, with a specific focus on Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) compliance. As a Principal Product Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the rigorous security and regulatory requirements set by FedRAMP.

Location:This role is fully remote for candidates who reside at least 50 miles away from our San Francisco or San Ramon office locations. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Francisco or San Ramon locations, this role will be Hybrid.

Responsibilities:

- Define and manage the product roadmap for our contact center software, aligning with FedRAMP compliance requirements and baseline controls.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, compliance, and security, to ensure our products meet FedRAMP's security and regulatory standards.

- Work closely with the FedRAMP PMO and Authorizing agencies to understand the specific requirements and updates to the program, incorporating them into the product roadmap.

- Identify feature gaps between enterprise/commercial and FedRAMP offers and prioritize features and enhancements that address customer needs while meeting FedRAMP compliance needs, including security controls, vulnerability management, data protection, and access controls.

- Define key metrics and indicators to track product usage and growth.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in US Public Sector segment.

- Collaborate with customers, both internal and external, to understand their specific needs and incorporate them into product development for the US Public Sector offer.

- Develop internal processes for maintaining FedRAMP compliance of new features and work closely with Program Management to drive process implementation.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including FedRAMP auditors, government agencies, and customers in regulated industries.

- Provide subject matter expertise and support for US Public Sector customer engagements, presentations, and industry conferences.

- Stay informed about changes to FedRAMP and related requirements and ensure ongoing compliance and alignment of our products.

Experience & Capabilities:

- 3-7 years of software product management experience, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to FedRAMP.

- Strong understanding of FedRAMP or NIST compliance and baseline controls, with a track record of successfully delivering products that meet these requirements.

- Experience working with product management, engineering, compliance, and security teams to develop and implement FedRAMP or NIST compliance strategies.

- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive product initiatives in a highly regulated environment.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex compliance requirements into actionable product features.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex compliance concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience working with government agencies and a solid understanding of government procurement processes is a strong plus.

- Experience in Contact Center (CCaaS) solutions or Voice and Telecommunications industry or Digital channels (CPaaS) is a strong plus.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications related to business (MBA), compliance or security is a strong plus.

Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.

The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the job across the United States. Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

All compensation and benefits are subject to the requirements and restrictions set forth in the applicable plan documents and any written agreements between the parties.

The US base salary range for this role is below. $130,800—$252,800 USD
