We are looking for experienced and talented Product Managers who are comfortable getting technical within the Data space. The ideal candidate will have excellent client engagement skills and can take ownership of delivering ambitious connected products from ideation to launch. Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience
  • Experience within Data and or Artificial Intelligence
  • Experience architecting or programming software
  • Experience working successfully on an Agile team
  • Led a software development engagement on behalf of a client
  • Contributed to the design, development, or project management of software applications
  • Experience with project management frameworks, processes, and tools
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to drive consensus and build strong client relationships
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, assertiveness and leadership
  • A flexible, driven, highly-organized and self-starter personality
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative and constantly changing workplace
  • Strong commitment to take ownership and make an impact while delivering quality products
  • Experience with design and innovation focused client engagements
  • Solid understanding of Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies
  • Client-facing skills and the ability to build strong relationships with the C-suite

Responsibilities:

  • Guiding clients through product innovation, prototype, validation, and development
  • Effectively tracking and communicating project status and metrics
  • Owning the Product plan and communicating progress
  • Maintaining a strong and positive relationship with our clients
  • Leading a project team and ensuring development cadence
  • Status reporting for your project and team
  • Managing story creation and backlog
  • Assisting in the management of key initiatives and programs supporting the strategic objectives of Thoughtworks
  • Working with team leads when project decisions are being made and collaborating with clients, designers, engineers, marketing, sales, and other business functions
  • Maintaining processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete
  • Coaching, mentoring and sharing information on a regular basis
  • Sharing your knowledge of processes, tools and methodologies to new Product Managers
  • Ability to travel as required by client and engagement needs
