Job Title: Lead UX Designer

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other team members in a squad with other stakeholders to improve existing features and bring new concepts to life.
- Translate complex user/business goals into simple, beautiful and user-friendly solutions.
- Teach UX best practices, and help define internal processes.
- Create customer flow-charts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes with InVision that represent final products or layouts.
- Create intuitive interfaces that optimize user interaction and experience.
- Help to develop style guide documentation along with a digital asset library to support our DSM (Design System Manager).
- Evangelize UX and Design thinking throughout the organization.
- Stay abreast of competitor products and industry trends.

- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role(s)
- Strong portfolio of design projects, and/or case studies
- Proficient in design software (e.g. Sketch, Invision, Adobe Suite)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
- Problem-solving aptitude
