Job Description

Our company is looking for an active, creative, and goal-oriented person with a focus on Reasearch to join our Trainingand Development team (department).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on learning and development providers, courses, and certifications available in the market.
• Assist in creating engaging and informative learning materials (presentations, video content, publications)
• Collaborate with the L&D team to design and update training content that aligns with organizational goals.
• Assist in gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other L&D events.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Linguistic (English)
• Strong research and analytical skills with an ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• English level Upper intermediate and higher
