DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a Learning Development Manager to join the Clinical Operations team at Circle Medical Technologies. As an LD Manager, you will design, maintain, and deliver in-house training programs for the Clinical team, utilizing a variety of delivery channels and methods. Previous background in clinical or healthcare LD will be advantageous.
As we continue to grow, we are constantly searching for exceptional talent to join our team. This position may be based out of our offices in San Francisco, California, or be remote in the U.S. in Texas or Florida.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner with and establish positive relationships with Clinical Leadership, Regulatory, and People Culture key stakeholders to develop, plan, coordinate, and administer training for new and existing clinical employees - ensure learning experiences are designed to improve all company outcomes
  • Work to ensure that all training materials are consistent, up-to-date, and aligned with the larger team and company goals
  • Build engaging, informational, and visually compelling learning experiences through cross-collaboration to find new ways to produce content that scales and resonates with our two distinctly different audiences.
  • Use agile methodology to define, create, develop, and manage content projects through a prioritized backlog.
  • Facilitate learning and development across multiple delivery mediums, including innovative written content and processes, in-person training, virtual training, e-learning, and other strategies.
  • Perform needs assessments to identify opportunities to improve team growth and development in relation to role-based knowledge, skills, and competencies.
  • Ensure training programs comply with industry regulations and standards. Generate reports and metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
  • Design and develop the overall development journey; from onboarding, continual on-demand learning, skills development programs to long term learning journeys that will ensure retention, job satisfaction and alignment to business objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Develop learning and development team, ensuring that they are on track with department objectives
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • A strong sense of autonomy and personal accountability
  • Strong content writing experience in the development of training courses and evaluation procedures.
  • A record of success in a results-oriented professional environment that requires critical thinking, resourcefulness, and a dedication to high-quality, accurate documentation in regulated and compliance fields.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working with confidential, private, and HIPAA-compliant information are required.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and LMS or related software.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of related experience is required
  • College degree or equivalent work-related experience in HR/People Operations
  • Content Development, Instructional Design, Talent Development, Training Management
  • Training content writing in the Medical or Healthcare Industry

COMPENSATION

In alignment with our values, Circle Medical has transparent salaries based on merit-based output levels.
This is a full-time, salaried exempt position with an annual salary range of $98,000 to $156,000 plus generous vacation, full health benefits, and 401K with company matching.
