    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

    We are looking for a Lifecycle & CRM Analyst to join our Growth Squad, working side by side with the RevOps, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, with a focus on Lifecycle & CRM for Brazil and LATAM.

    This is not a role for someone who wants to learn what CRM is. It is for someone who already masters the strategy, executes independently, monitors their own results, and is ready to continuously evolve. You will implement and refine relationship and conversion strategies using CRM, automation, and data, based on two clear pillars:

    • Land (Acquisition via existing base): leverage the existing contact and deal base to generate leads, nurture MQLs, and support the generation of New MRR, reducing exclusive reliance on paid media.

    • Expand (Customers): work with the customer base starting from onboarding, focusing on activation, engagement, retention, adoption, and expansion, supporting upsell and cross-sell strategies in partnership with CS, Product, and RevOps.

    In addition to executing rules and automations, this person will play a key role in dashboards, documentation, and CRM governance, ensuring clarity, traceability, and scalability of the lifecycle operation for Brazil and Latin America.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    Lifecycle & CRM — Land (Acquisition via existing database)

    • Operate and evolve relationship rules with a focus on generating demand via our own database.

    • Execute nurturing campaigns, cold lead recovery, and contact reactivation.

    • Create segmentations based on interaction history, ICP, intent, and country (Brazil and Latin America).

    • Structure workflows to encourage self-signups, generate MQLs, and support New MRR.

    Lifecycle & CRM — Expand (Customers)

    • Operate rules and automations for the entire customer journey: onboarding, activation, engagement, retention.

    • Execute cadences for inactivity recovery and reactivation of churned customers (winback).

    • Identify signals for upsell, cross-sell, and add-on opportunities in collaboration with CS and Growth.

    • Execute expansion communications based on usage, maturity, and perceived value.

    CRM, Automation, and Data

    • Proficiently operate CRM and automation tools (HubSpot or similar).

    • Create and maintain segmentations, dynamic lists, properties, and workflows in the CRM.

    • Ensure data hygiene, field governance, and naming convention consistency.

    • Configure UTMs and tracking rules for CRM x funnel x revenue traceability.

    Dashboards, Analytics, and Documentation

    • Create and maintain operational and managerial lifecycle dashboards (Land + Expand + funnel).

    • Monitor metrics and generate continuous insights: MQLs, conversion, churn, influenced expansion.

    • Document rules, segmentation logic, automation rules, and field dictionary.

    Scope: Brazil & LATAM

    • Adapt cadences and messaging by language, market maturity, and cultural context.

    • Provide structured insights from LATAM to Growth, CS, and Product teams.

    REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    What you need to have

    • Previous experience with CRM, marketing automation, and/or lifecycle management.

    • Experience in a B2B and/or SaaS environment (preferably SMB-focused).

    • Analytical and organized profile: data, dashboards, and processes are part of your daily routine.

    • Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

    Standout qualities that make you shine

    • Advanced experience with HubSpot and complex automations.

    • Looker / Looker Studio, GA4, funnel analysis, and conversions.

    • Experience with customer reactivation and demand generation via CRM.

    • Intermediate/advanced Spanish to support operations with LATAM.

    • Knowledge of LATAM markets and multicultural experience.
