Why this role

As an industry disruptor, Evolve is on a mission to make vacation rental easy for everyone. Unlike DIY or traditional local property managers, Evolve’s fresh approach to vacation rental management empowers homeowners and builds trust with guests. The Manager of Account Managers will develop strong relationships with Evolve owners and their contributors to ensure success and growth in their partnership with Evolve. They will be a dedicated resource to help maximize their team's success and achieve their desired goals.

Success looks very different for all owners, and it will be the responsibility of the account managers to deeply understand their team's book of business and help develop a unique and customized plan to help all owners achieve long-term success long term.

It’s vital to grow a valuable partnership to develop longer-lasting relationships leading to durable growth via increased LTV and owner NPS.

We are looking for you to unlock the potential of our account managers on our rapidly growing team. Our team is highly data-driven, and we expect you to monitor and outperform your monthly KPIs. You’ll be empowered to lead the team to reach and exceed quarterly goals. While continuing to focus on elevating your team through skill and career development.

What you’ll do

  • Hire, onboard, and retain a team of high-performing Account Managers.
  • Lead a team of individuals varying in experience and tenure by effectively identifying critical areas for individual skill development through coaching and achieving quarterly team goals that are focused on retention and owner growth
  • Manage a book of business focusing on retention and expanding portfolio growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all top owners in each region
  • Review and analyze sales engagement cadences, workflows, tools, and outreach strategies
  • Measure the team and individual performance using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Tableau dashboards.
  • Utilize a myriad of tools and resources to increase owner NPS scores
  • Capture owner + employees' feedback to inform future product and service roadmaps
  • Focus on reducing churn and driving revenue for Evolve

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of either real estate/ hospitality/ or vacation rental experience
  • 2+ experience leading or coaching sales individuals/ account managers
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality, preferred
  • Ability to lead others in a dynamic and high-growth environment
  • A forward-thinking, creative mindset geared towards developing new ideas to enhance your team’s capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to be articulate and direct, both in a group setting and on one
  • Eagerness to learn and continue personal development
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize and delegate when needed
  • Ability to analyze and leverage data in order to drive performance

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both!

U.S

We currently are able to hire throughout the U.S except in the following states: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico and Pennsylvania. If you live in Colorado, you can work remotely anywhere in the state, at our downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both!

Compensation

For this role compensation is based on a base plus commission. Our base salary is $87,000-100,000 based on experience, and can be higher based on the state you reside in. This role is eligible to earn an uncapped monthly commission, but our commission plan is still being developed.
