About the team
This role will be in the Chief Strategy Officer’s organization and will be a key decision maker to help grow the Worldpay organization
What you’ll own
Help oversee merger, acquisition and divestiture activities of the corporation in support of overall Worldpay strategic objectives. Specific activities will include:
Work closely with strategy team to develop and maintain M&A framework, incl. assessment of market opportunities, competitive landscape and strategic fit of potential targets
Build financial models: Construct complex financial models including DCF valuations, accretion/dilution analyses, and synergy calculations to support investment/divestitures decisions
Lead cross-functional coordination: Work closely with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Integration teams throughout the deal lifecycle to ensure alignment and successful execution
Manage operational and commercial diligence workstreams, including management discussions, assessment of operations and future implications of acquisitions.
Support post-merger integration: Partner with business units to develop integration plans, track synergy realization, and monitor performance of acquired businesses

What you bring
3+ years of overall experience in investment banking / PE or transaction-focused consulting role
Excellent analytical & project management skills
Extensive knowledge of M&A processes; including due diligence and initial integration planning
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders across technical and business functions within Worldpay as well as externally
A strong sense of teamwork and a willingness to contribute to the professional growth of your colleagues
Previous experience in payments/fintech is preferred
