What you’d be doing:
- Develop and implement solutions in collaboration with our partners to establish integrations.
- Respond to and troubleshoot all integration issues.
- Lead the integration team providing mentorship coaching, and education on best practices in integration design and development.
- Manage and monitor integrations for operational health using various analytic platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of integrations with partner strategy and goals.
- Identify opportunities for new capabilities and functionalities to enhance integrations.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Applied knowledge of SQL/XML/HTML/JSON.
- Ability to problem-solve, work independently, manage workload, and plan to meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in creating functional documentation.
- Advanced experience in Postman.
Highly preferred candidates also have:
- Previous experience in the Insurance industry, preferably personal lines, homeowners, and/or commercial BOP
- Proficiency in one of the following programming languages: C#, C++, Python, R.
- Proficiency in Visual Studio Code and GitLab.
