Job Summary:

The Manager, Sales Reporting and Business Analytics, analyzes internal and external data to deliver insights that inform business decisions. Translates data into presentation on a routinized basis and serves as key contributor to sales and brand teams.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Execute both scheduled and ad hoc analyses.
  • Lead ELT presentation process by conducting a deep dive into weekly performance, consolidating and refining commentary from the field.
  • Deliver Circana reporting and assessments on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis with the goal of identifying consumer, brand and market insights.
  • Contribute to monthly performance review presentation for CEO.
  • Provide outlook and consumer retail purchase information for monthly financial performance meetings.
  • Lead monthly cross functional retail sales performance meetings.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute ad hoc reporting requests and analyses

KEY REPORTING OUTPUTS: (i.e. Revenue Deck, Promo Allocations)

  • ELT Presentations
  • Circana reporting
  • Monthly Performance Review for CEO
  • Input for Finance Monthly Performance meeting
  • Corporate Presentations

  • US Commercial Team
  • US Brand Marketing Teams

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the prestige beauty industry.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to translate data into written communication and Power Point presentations.
  • Possess exceptional Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
  • Must have ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Must be flexible and adaptive to changing priorities and drop in projects
