Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the Diagnostics division, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare industry, including diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
- Our client is seeking a Managing Director to lead their business in Europe. This individual will play a critical role in establishing and expanding the company's presence in the market.
- Support fundraising rounds and investor relations
- Manage full P&L €100M +
- Manage and lead 150+ FTE
Requirements
- Extensive network within the industry and deep knowledge of diagnostic testing for diseases.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a startup environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree preferred.
