The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.
The Opportunity:
As a Marketing Automation Expert you will be reporting to Chapter Lead Global Digital Hub - Marketing Automation. The role is responsible for day-to-day production of digital marketing campaigns and programs in the Global Adobe Marketo, in the Digital Hub for the Marketing Automation Chapter. The role acts as a subject matter expert role of marketing automation tool, to reach Global Digital Hub’s key objectives and business goals by supporting business partners and stakeholders in owning and executing email marketing and marketing automation programs and projects. The role is responsible for working with Diagnostics Division's affiliates and regional teams in executing on the digital strategy related to Roche events, products, services or any other marketing automation projects in Marketo.In this position you will be focusing on:
Being responsible for effective project and/or product management to support global marketing’s strategy and tactics. Includes providing direction to internal partners and/or external agencies, management of project timelines, project measurement, and tactical execution
Administering Marketo, ensuring affiliate access, education, utilization and support.
Working with key stakeholders to build contextual transactional emails, leveraging valuable product data to give users key insights into their account, driving user engagement and understanding of the product, service or order
Supporting affiliate marketing campaigns; testing and analyzing workflow; and identifying tactics for improvement
Serving as strategic partner to affiliate marketing organizations, partnering to provide solutions that meet business objectives
Operationalizing marketing automation programs to support demand generation campaigns, nurture campaigns, retention, etc.
Facilitating tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements and ensure current email best practices in the industry are being followed.
Who you are:
You have a university or College Degree in a related field (Computing and IT, Communication or Digital Marketing) and 3+ years of professional email marketing experience; preferably in a global environment with an established track record of developing automated campaigns.
You understand basic HTML, CSS, in the context of email marketing (basic is a minimum) and have excellent understanding of user journeys and campaign logic.
Previous Marketing Automation Tool knowledge is a must, preferred Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Eloqua or Hubspot or Braze.
Great attention to details is essential and you have customer-focused behavior in everything you do
