Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Communications Associate to join our team. The Marketing Communications Associate will collaborate with the Head of Marketing to coordinate communication efforts aimed at increasing brand awareness and supporting lead generation campaigns and sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of digital and social media marketing tactics, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

We will provide an opportunity to learn Hubspot marketing automation tools and WordPress. You will receive training in hard skills like digital marketing, lead generation, sales processes and ABM.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials for both print and digital platforms.
• Copyedit, proofread, and revise marketing materials.
• Develop and deliver press releases, case studies, white papers, and social media content.
• Publish social media posts that reflect the brand's tone of voice and manage publication schedules. (KPIs: Social post engagement, shares, likes, and growth of social media channels.)
• Assist with managing nurture email workflows, run A/B tests, optimise email copy, and eliminate workflow errors. (KPIs: email open rates, CTR)
• Create campaign landing pages, run A/B tests, optimise copy, and test lead generation forms. (KPI: Improve landing page engagement: time on page, conversion to form submission)
• Manage our website voyc.ai: make sure all content is up to date, add new pages and content.
• Manage and optimise the Voyc Blog: perform keyword and trend analysis, identify topics for blog posts, write well researched blog articles, manage publication schedule, optimise headlines for clickability, and promote new blog posts through social media and email campaigns. (KPI: Increase organic blog post visits.)
• Assist in creating and implementing paid marketing campaigns across various social media channels.
• Assist with creating marketing materials such as promotional videos, infographics, ad creatives, website images, logos, and updating PDFs.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• Assist with ad hoc marketing tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Eye for design. Experience with Canva or other design tools is a plus.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn, with familiarity in other channels such as X.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Keyword Planner, MOZ, SEMrush (or other SEO tools) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new skills and tools.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Strong work ethics.
• Ready to work in a startup environment and in a fully remote setting.
