We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the Marketing & Business Development Lead. Your role will be to help grow ntegrity’s brand and reputation as Australia’s leading independent digital marketing agency serving the not-for-profit sector and generate new high quality leads that will lead to new business. Our goal is to attract the right new leads that meet our bold aspirations for being known to “help good grow” nationally (and globally) and deepen our relationships with our existing clients.
This role will be a Malaysian based (remote) 12 month contract with the possibility of permanent employment.
About you
Minimum Qualifications:
2-3 years of marketing experience in a digital/creative agency OR not-for-profit/charity OR for-purpose business.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work in the Melbourne timezone (AEST) and attend client meetings virtually when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns
Experience in developing content, from social media posts, to articles or webinars
Strong copywriting skills
Experience in analysing marketing performance, translating data and optimising campaigns for increase results
Strong project management skills
Strong understanding of a wide range of digital channels and marketing technology, both implementing and using
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Support the marketing lead to develop ntegrity’s marketing, brand & content strategy
Implement the marketing, brand and content strategy (always on and one-off activities/campaigns) to achieve our targets and vision including copy, design, set up and management across marketing channels like: social media, email marketing, website/SEO, articles/blogs, webinars, resources and guides, content partnerships, advertising, events
Identify where extra support or expertise is needed to deliver to our marketing strategy, and be able to engage internal stakeholders and/or project manage the execution of activities/campaigns by specialists
Prepare marketing performance reports, and develop insights to inform optimisations to achieve or succeed our targets
Communicate marketing & campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to BDM Lead
Development of channel strategies to drive audience growth and engagement
