Voltex is a leading manufacturer of electrical accessories supplying electricians in Australia and New Zealand. Voltex is looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to play a crucial role in supporting various marketing activities aimed at promoting our products or services and enhancing brand awareness.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for marketing. The ideal candidate will be able to assist in the implementation of marketing strategies, coordinate marketing campaigns through various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather marketing collateral and assets for campaigns.
- Support the creation and editing of marketing content, including copywriting and graphic design.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and report on the performance of campaigns.
- Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Coordinate/communicate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling inquiries.
Requirements
- Proven experience 5-6 years in marketing, advertising, or related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
