Standard Metrics is looking for a Marketing Lead to help us grow our brand, create amazing content, evolve our ad strategy, and unlock new channels for customer acquisition. Reporting to the CEO, and partnering with our Product Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role at this exciting time as we continue to grow our brand presence in the U.S. and expand into EMEA and APAC.

What You'll Do

  • Build Standard Metrics’ brand and the way we present ourselves to the startup and venture community
  • Execute an omni-channel marketing strategy by developing and executing across all lead sources
  • Expand SDR efforts by planning seasonal and relevant content-driven campaigns
  • Leverage historical data from HubSpot to set quarterly goals across channels, work with Product Marketing to develop a clear strategy to meet them, and report out on progress against them
  • Lead marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, content marketing, and virtual and in-person events
  • Plan and execute events to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Work with the leadership team to define marketing goals and develop plans to achieve them

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of marketing experience at B2B SaaS startups
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience working with marketing analytics tools and platforms
  • Enthusiasm for operating in a lean and scrappy manner as we scale our business
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs
  • Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Experience working with startups and/or VCs a plus

Competitive salary: For our employees located in the USA, we aim to pay at or above the market rate of US-based tech hubs like San Francisco or NYC. For international roles, we aim to pay top of market for your country.
