We develop and promote innovative crop nutrition products and consulting services that help farmers increase yields, improve crop quality, and regenerate their soils.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Production Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing department in the execution of social media strategy and marketing campaigns and the production of marketing content. Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will also be working closely with various members of the marketing team, external vendors, and other departments to ensure the successful facilitation of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the production and distribution of all social media content for the company and the CEO.
  • Effectively use brand voice when writing social media captions and external communications.
  • Engage social media communities by answering questions and responding to comments.
  • Review all social media marketing materials for accuracy and quality prior to posting.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Organize and maintain social media marketing project files and assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Support brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content for sponsored advertising, and provide regular reporting on key metrics and performance insights.
  • Previous experience with G Suite, Zoom, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva & Loomly preferred.
  • Audio/video editing and graphic design experience is highly desirable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or production coordination.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of print and digital production processes.
  • Experience in the agriculture or sustainability industry desirable.
  • Previous experience with a social media management project tool is a plus.
