The company’s Firmex VDR service is the world’s most trusted virtual data room, having been used by over 140,000 companies worldwide to share confidential documents for due diligence, litigation and compliance.
We are looking for a curious, motivated, and positive individual to join our marketing team. The content marketing coordinator will assist in writing and editing various internal and external communications materials including web content, sales collateral, newsletters, and social media posts. They will be expressly responsible for producing our weekly newsletter, and managing posting across our social media channels. Interested candidates should have a passion and skill for content production, strong attention to detail, and a keen interest in marketing professional services.

As a Content Marketing Coordinator, you will:

  • Assist in writing and editing articles, reports, newsletters, sales collateral, email copy, advertising copy, press releases, videos, social media post, and any additional internal or external communications.
  • Conduct careful proofreading of all content.
  • Produce our weekly newsletter.
  • Manage our social media properties and develop content that engages our core customer segments.
  • Report on rudimentary success metrics for social and newsletter channels.

What you'll need to be successful as a Content Marketing Coordinator:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, proficient grammar knowledge, and strong editing ability.
  • Deep curiosity across broad topics and niche industries, along with comfort and confidence understanding and writing for different audiences.
  • Ability to self-initiate, identify priorities, approach projects collaboratively, and manage time well.
  • Extremely organized, with excellent project management skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of and practice with social media platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok (asset).
  • Proficiency with: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (asset), Pardot (asset), WordPress (or other CMS, asset), Google Analytics (asset).
  • Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT is an asset.
  • Experience with video content creation is an asset.
  • Proven record of excellent writing, as demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
