Marketing Specialist
Thishands-on roleis idealfora self-motivated, organized, and creative marketerwho enjoysturningideasinto action.Reporting to the3Cloudmarketing leader, you’llsupport the marketing teamacrosscontent, events, presentations,and marketing operationswhile gainingexposure toawidevarietyof marketing disciplines.
We’re looking forsomeone whocommunicates clearly, takes ownership, and is comfortablerolling up their sleeves tohelpothersexecute. You’ll be a great fit if you like variety, enjoy creating compelling PowerPoint presentations, and are energized by coordinating the details that make events such as tradeshows, webinars,and in-person eventsrun smoothly.
Responsibilities
You’ll support themarketing team in theplanning, coordination, execution, and measurement of marketing initiatives, including:
Coordinate marketing projects, calendars, and requests to keep priorities organized and on track.•Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, webinars, roundtables, and other events, including planning details, vendor support, communications, materialsshipping, tracking, and follow-up.•Help maintain website content and support digital marketing activities across key channels.•Create and update marketing materials, includingpolished PowerPointpresentations,LinkedInposts, blog content, collateral, and sales enablement assets.•Organize marketing files, templates, documentation, and asset inventories so resources are easy to find and use.•Assist with vendor coordination, invoice processing, budget tracking, and administration of Microsoft MDF and Coop Funds.•Partner with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to support smooth communication, coordination,andhands-onexecution.•Track campaign performance, summarize results, and identify insights that can improve future marketing efforts.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.•3-5years ofB2Bmarketing experience, preferably inatechnology, SaaS,orprofessional services environment.•Experiencewith CRM and CMS platformssuch asSalesforceandWordPress.•Experienceusingdesign and social media tools such as Canva, LinkedIn and Sprout Social.•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite,especially PowerPoint, along withOffice 365, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.•Self-motivated, highly organized,andtask-oriented, with the ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and follow through on details.•Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate professionally across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.•Creative mindset with an interest in developing visually clear, engaging presentations and marketing materials.•Interest in coordinating event logistics and managing the details that help tradeshows, webinars, roundtables, golf outings, and similar programs run smoothly.•Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset, with a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and marketing approaches.•Ability to use approved AI tools and productivity resources responsibly to improve efficiency, solve problems, and support high-quality work.Don’t meet every single requirement? 3Cloud offers competitive compensation. In addition to base pay employees are eligible to receive an annual discretionary/utilization bonus. If you are hired at 3Cloud your final base salary is based on factors such as skills, education, experience and/or geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above includes the full base salary range for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
Base Salary Range $78,000—$97,500 USD
