As Maximo Technical Lead, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' asset management systems during a major upgrade from Maximo 7.6 to Maximo MAS8.

This is a long term contract engagement within an Enterprise environment and can be based remotely, hybrid or on-site if preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead 2nd line support for Maximo 7.6 environment during deployment of MAS8 .
  • Lead technical prioritisation and delivery (alongside our Agile PEL team) of further Maximo 7.6 development/configuration.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in the implementation and support of Maximo systems
  • Lead a team of DevOps resources to deliver technical activities and resolve any issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of the Maximo systems
  • Engage with third-party support suppliers for systems such as Maximo
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and Agile/DevOps practices

Prior experience as a Technical Lead in Maximo 7.6 implementation and support projects.

  • Thorough understanding of Maximo system functionalities, configuration and releases.
  • Strong knowledge of application delivery design and packaging.
  • Experience in engaging with third-party vendors for system support.
  • Proficiency in Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
