Monitoring & Observability Consultant (Dynatrace)

We are looking for a Monitoring & Observability Consultant to be assigned to an important project in the Travel & Transportation sector in collaboration with one of our clients.

The resource will be involved in application and infrastructure monitoring activities, working closely with the client to ensure the correct functioning and optimization of the monitored systems.

Main activities

• Monitoring of applications and infrastructure through Dynatrace.

• Analysis and management of monitoring events.

• Support in identifying and analyzing anomalies.

• Collaboration with the client and technical teams for problem resolution.

• Support for monitoring platform optimization activities.

• Excellent knowledge of the Dynatrace platform.

• Experience in Monitoring topics.

• Knowledge of system architectures.

• Good teamwork skills.

• Excellent relational and client interaction skills.

• Dynatrace Associate Certification (or higher) is a mandatory requirement

The activity can be delivered in full remote.

Permanent employment is planned with a salary range between 26K - 30K ral (CCNL Commerce)
