WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and develop the overall product strategy with the Client in retail channels including how to position the product for maximum sell-in/through, positioning the product's features and benefits to end-use consumers, and developing customer use case scenarios of the client’s product for retail sales associate’s understanding
- Serve as a liaison between the Director of the Motorola program, the GTM team and the RM’s
- Provide leadership and guidance to team, sets and manages KPIs, conduct team assessments, and monitors progress
- Build relationships with client, provide program coordination, and implement action plans
- Create added value, demonstrate ROI, and develop/implement client strategy initiatives
- Approve and manage client reports, develop, and analyze data to provide best client results, and analyze measurable against client goals and objectives
- Develop sales plans and team incentives to ensure goals are met and strategically analyze business six to twelve months out
- Other tasks as requested by management
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration is preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1-year previous experience working with carrier locations
- Previous experience in a Sr. Management role, CAM role or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of training experience regarding selling technical devices or products
- Knowledge of wireless technologies, data devices, and data solution
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to organize, coordinate, and direct projects
- Strong facilitation and training skills
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Must have a proven history of sales success including methodologies and value propositions
- Proficient in all related applications including but not limited to MS Office and CRM’s
- Must be able to drive own vehicle on behalf of the company
- Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time
