Architecture and Prototyping: Design and implement efficient backend architectures using .NET 8+ / C# 12 in rapid, experimental deployments;
API Development and Performance: Develop agile and secure APIs using Minimal APIs, Entity Framework Core, Dapper, and Redis;
Agility Patterns: Apply pragmatic approaches to DDD, CQRS, and messaging tailored to the needs of each experiment;
Messaging and Integration: Structure event-driven integrations using RabbitMQ, MassTransit, and SQL/NoSQL;
Resilience and Cloud: Configure fault tolerance (Polly), basic observability, and deployments in containers and Azure;
Applied Innovation: Explore new AI tools and patterns to continuously improve the Innovation team’s deliverables.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field;
.NET Ecosystem: Solid prior experience as a .NET/C# Architect with expertise in Core, EF Core, and relational and non-relational databases;
Messaging and Events: Hands-on experience implementing event-driven architectures;
Pragmatic Approach: Demonstrated ability to make independent technical decisions focused on balancing quality and agility;
AI for Development: Understanding of AI applications in the development lifecycle (Prompt Engineering, LLMs, Agents, and MCP).
Desired Qualifications:
Practical experience with AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel and Azure OpenAI;
Knowledge of Event Sourcing;
Active technical portfolio (GitHub, personal projects, or prior experience in the startup ecosystem).
