We’re seeking an Operations Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to top-line leadership within Procore. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, leveraging your strategic and execution skills to support revenue performance and day-to-day operations, planning, and reporting cadences—continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Product Solutions Specialist and Sales Engineering organizations. This position reports into Procore’s Revenue Operations organization and is based in the US.

What You’ll Do:

Support Business Operations

  • Provide executive-level support for Product Solutions Specialist and Sales Engineering leadership by leading and collaborating on initiatives aimed at improving performance and driving growth.
  • Facilitate operational and reporting cadences that promote productivity and performance, such as deal, forecast, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Understand and address the team’s unique challenges and key drivers of success by utilizing quantitative data, feedback from leaders and frontline teams, and a deep understanding of corporate initiatives and internal workflows to drive positive outcomes.

Drive Strategic Partnership

  • Partner with the Corporate Strategy & Insights teams to analyze business performance and design and implement short, medium, and long-term improvements.
  • Contribute to planning and target setting, including coverage, territory management, account assignment, quota management, and compensation, in collaboration with Planning, Finance, and Sales/Customer Success Leadership.
  • Work with strategy and leadership to optimize customer segmentation, account targeting, and routes to market.

Partner Across Businesses to Drive Consistent Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline SE/PSS workflows through optimization of existing processes, automation, or through the implementation of new technology.
  • Build a strong internal network of experts and resources to drive effective change within each business unit.
  • Coordinate with Enablement to design and deliver training that facilitates the adoption of new field processes resulting from Business Operations initiatives.
  • Establish strong relationships and formal feedback channels with frontline sellers and leaders to ensure the successful implementation of sales operations initiatives, processes, and technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations and experience as a Solutions Engineer, Product Solutions Specialist, or as an active participant in RFP workflows is a plus.
  • MBA or a similar advanced degree is a plus and prior experience at a large-scale technology company is required; enterprise software experience is preferred and demonstrated leadership in delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to build effective relationships at various levels and across different roles, with the capacity to influence without authority.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with excellence in storytelling to align multiple parts of the business.
  • Proven track record of establishing and managing operations, with an emphasis on maintaining rhythms, dashboards, and tools necessary to measure, evaluate, and improve business processes and performance.
  • Experience in demoing, vetting, implementing, and optimizing technology solutions to enhance the effectiveness of sales teams is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft high-quality executive presentations and experience in requirements gathering, reengineering, organizational design, and process improvement; lean startup or design thinking experience is a plus.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to new challenges and opportunities with a high sense of urgency and a strong executive presence, experience presenting to large groups, and exceptional communication and influence skills.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $113,560 - $156,145. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
