About the role:
Okay, we’ve waffled long enough. So let’s get to the good bit: You.
The Operations Team covers many different facets of the business, from demand planning, manufacturing and logistics, to customer fulfilment and customer operations.
Reporting directly into the Operations Manager, you will work closely with internal partners (Operations, Commercial, Product, CI, Quality and others) to coordinate our skus through their approval journey and support the compliant and diligent transition of skus through for launch and end of life, including sku changes for brand & regulatory reasons.
You are a detail-oriented, practical and hands-on individual who thrives on getting stuff done whilst managing changing priorities on a daily basis. You are organised and logical, with the ability to develop plans of action and communicate them with confidence to the team, stakeholders at all levels, and the different functions within the business.
You are incredibly customer and process driven and love to over deliver to keep all your stakeholders happy. You are able to understand the needs and challenges of the cross-functional teams that successfully drive products to market; from R&D and Product Development, through Operations, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing.
Location: Hybrid working; a mix of working from our Bristol office & working remotely

Requirements
What you’ll be doing at Elvie:
- Co-ordinating the Sku creation process
- Publishing weekly an updated Sku Matrix covering core operational master data
- Coordinating late stage customisation (assessment of new solutions like AMZA/Costco) and supporting supply planning of existing customisations
- Linking with the S&OP team on Phase In Phase Out (PIPO) on a weekly/monthly basis covering product change
- Support master data validation and cleansing for Planning & Operations
Requirements / What we need from you
- 2-3+ years experience in supply chain areas – supply/demand/logistics & fulfilment etc
- Experience working in a team that has delivered product change or late stage customisation
- Developing awareness in effective communication across different stakeholder levels.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on approach, with a passion for problem solving and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Developing experience and awareness of the requirements of compliance to our medical device/ ISO13485 requirements
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, ideally combined with experience of metrics dashboards and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail
- A can do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to proactively build relationships with stakeholders
- A great communicator
- Previous experience of Netsuite or comparable ERP systems
- A desire to continuously develop and learn, delivering solutions that delight our internal customers.

- 20-minute video call with one of our recruiters
- 30-45 minute video call with the hiring manager
- 45-60 minute video interview with the team (some positions may require you to complete a task/presentation)
For some positions, there may be an additional interview with one of senior our leadership team
