Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager at Patronus AI, you’ll play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the company. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll help streamline processes, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure operational excellence across all departments. This includes but is not limited to:
- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement scalable systems and processes to support the company’s growth.
- Project Management: Drive key cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and tracking KPIs to ensure financial health and accountability.
- HR & Talent Coordination: Support recruitment, onboarding, and team engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee relationships with service providers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Office Management: If applicable, manage the day-to-day operations of our physical or remote office infrastructure.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure the company meets all legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Above all, we look for a proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and relentless drive. You are a great fit if you have a background in the following:
- 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting; experience with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or Notion)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
- A problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to tackling challenges
- Have good character, integrity, and respect for others!
