What you'll do:
- Execute paid social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other emerging channels.
- Execute SEM campaigns across Google and Bing.
- Measure ongoing paid media campaigns and make incremental adjustments to optimize performance metrics—impressions, clicks, quality scores, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS
- Manage day-to-day platform management, communication, and account reviews across multiple platforms.
- Monitor spending to ensure alignment with the advertising budget
- Perform weekly optimization of budget management, bid management, tracking, creative management and analytics.
- Work with acquisition marketing strategy and leadership to ensure paid social and paid search tactics are aligned with acquisition strategy.
- Stay on top of ad tech advancements, best practices, and new opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage and maximize reach and effectiveness
- Proactively communicate with peers and leadership on plans, progress, and problems.
- Conduct research and assess market trends to identify optimization opportunities.
- Ideate and implement frequent tests to maximize investment and drive key insights that optimize the buyer journey and experience.
- Partner with acquisition marketing peers to analyze paid acquisition metrics across all performance media and paid social channels.
What you should have:
- 4-5 years of relevant digital marketing experience with a strong knowledge of paid social media and paid search engine marketing.
- Understanding of the online advertising space, including paid search, programmatic media buying, and ad-serving systems
- Previous hands-on experience executing and optimizing paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with core digital marketing tools and platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Solutions, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Reddit Ads Manager
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in reporting and data analysis
- Comfortable working with analytics platforms such as Tableau, Mixpanel, Google Analytics and Looker
