BiggerPockets is looking for a Paid Media Digital Marketing Specialist to support our rapidly growing business by strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid platforms like Meta, Google, Microsoft, and more. Job Responsibilities
- Daily management of tactics across social, PPC, video, and display paid media campaigns including research, scope development, creative briefing, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Monitor media budgets and drive continuous testing across the funnel from ad creative to landing page optimization and beyond.
- Manage creative process for social platforms.
- Execute projects with a focus on quality, timeliness, and return on ad spend.
- Work with marketing business line leads to generate engaging copy across paid media ads that aligns with the BiggerPockets brand.
- Monitor competitor activity in the paid media space and offer insights to enhance our brand’s competitive position.
- Develop trusting relationships between internal clients across business lines.
- Utilize digital data dashboards & reports to understand performance and identify actionable insights.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience
- Creative thinker who is familiar with the social media landscape
- Demonstrated ability to engage social media audiences
- Proficiency in web analytics and data analysis
- Understanding of paid media platforms a plus (Meta Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

- United States - Remote
Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience
- This role is eligible for a 10% annual bonus based on company performance
