    About Noventra Group

Noventra Group is a European-based brand partnership and commercial growth group working with selected brands, ecommerce businesses, retail partners, consumer product companies, and commercial partners across multiple markets.

The company’s work is centered on partner-brand development, market expansion, campaign coordination, digital acquisition, and performance-focused commercial operations.

Noventra Group is not positioned as a traditional marketing agency. The team works across partner-brand campaigns where paid media, commercial strategy, campaign performance, and clear reporting are important parts of the operating structure.

    Role Overview

The Paid Media Specialist will work across Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for partner brands in ecommerce, retail, lifestyle, consumer products, premium goods, and service-based markets.

The role requires strong hands-on paid media experience, clear analytical thinking, practical optimization judgment, and the ability to communicate campaign performance in a structured and professional way.

The ideal candidate understands how to review paid advertising data, identify performance issues, improve campaign structure, test creative angles, monitor budget efficiency, and produce clear recommendations that support better business outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads

    • Review campaign structure, audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategy, and conversion paths

    • Monitor key performance indicators including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, lead quality, and budget efficiency

    • Identify issues in campaign setup, tracking, creative performance, funnel quality, and landing page conversion flow

    • Review ad creatives, hooks, messaging, visuals, offers, and campaign angles

    • Prepare clear campaign reports, optimization notes, and performance summaries

    • Recommend practical next steps based on campaign data and commercial objectives

    • Support campaign testing, scaling decisions, and performance improvement plans

    • Work with remote teams across different markets and maintain clear written communication

    • Keep campaign documentation organized, including changes, observations, results, and recommendations

    Required Experience

    • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns

    • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns

    • Experience with Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max, or similar Google Ads campaign types

    • Strong understanding of paid media optimization, campaign reporting, and performance analysis

    • Ability to interpret advertising data and make practical campaign decisions

    • Experience managing advertising budgets with measurable performance outcomes

    • Good written English communication skills

    • Ability to work remotely, manage priorities independently, and communicate clearly

    • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple campaigns or brand accounts

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience with ecommerce, DTC, retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, wellness, premium products, or service-based campaigns

    • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Shopify, landing pages, CRM tracking, or conversion tracking setup

    • Experience preparing weekly or monthly paid media reports

    • Experience with creative testing, ad angle analysis, funnel review, and campaign scaling

    • Experience working with international teams or multiple partner-brand campaigns

    • Experience with business-managed advertising accounts, invoiced ad accounts, monthly billing structures, or partner-brand ad operations is a plus

    Working Style

This is a remote role suited for someone who can work independently, communicate professionally, and provide structured campaign insights without requiring constant supervision.

Noventra Group values clear reporting, reliable communication, organized work, data responsibility, and practical problem-solving. The role requires a professional approach to campaign management, partner-brand communication, and performance improvement.

    Compensation and Engagement

Compensation is based on experience, capability, availability, and engagement structure.

The role may be suitable for a long-term remote collaboration depending on experience, performance, communication quality, and alignment with Noventra Group’s partner-brand operating standards.
