Paid Social Manager

Role Summary

Drive new customer growth through paid ads for e-commerce clients. Reports to Head of Acquisition. Hybrid/flexible position based in Leeds with working-from-home options. Competitive salary plus Audit Bonus Scheme and 26 days paid holiday.

Main Accountabilities

  • Ensure the success of multiple e-commerce clients from different niches, generating results under pressure to maintain client retention

  • Strategise, build, and execute high-spending Meta & TikTok Ad Campaigns, often spending over £2,000 per day on clients' behalf

  • Build and maintain a diverse portfolio of clients

  • Communicate regularly with clients via Slack and Google Meet

  • Work closely with Head of Acquisition to align on activity and progress, demonstrating potential to become Senior Paid Social Manager

  • Provide expertise on e-commerce best practices including paid ads, retention strategies, creative, CRO, landing pages, product strategy, Shopify, and analytical tools

  • Keep up to date with emerging e-commerce best practices through training and research

  • Effectively communicate and collaborate across the company

  • Think from clients' perspectives

6 Months:

  • Proven consistent performance across client base, pushing ad spend and growing month-on-month revenue while maintaining profit margins

  • Questioning processes and bringing new ideas to the table weekly

  • Earning recognition from management for exceptional performance

12 Months:

  • Immaculate track record in driving results; transforming several client brands

  • Trusted to handle high-value clients

  • Taking on Senior Paid Social Manager responsibilities including training delivery, mentoring junior team members, and developing unique skillsets

24 Months:

  • Progressed to Senior Paid Social Manager with track toward management

  • Made a name for yourself in the e-commerce industry

  • Implemented new processes or technologies that change company operations

  • Significantly upskilled team members to handle whale clients

Experience & Skills Required

  • Minimum 1 year experience running Meta Ads and TikTok Ads for e-commerce brands at a high level

  • Previous agency experience ideal; if not, experience within a 7-8 figure e-commerce brand required

  • Broad understanding of Shopify and e-commerce operations

  • Extensive knowledge of high-level ecommerce brands' operations and advertising strategies

  • Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo and Triple Whale

  • Top-notch research skills to quickly get up to speed on different industries and markets
