Ensure the success of multiple e-commerce clients from different niches, generating results under pressure to maintain client retention
Strategise, build, and execute high-spending Meta & TikTok Ad Campaigns, often spending over £2,000 per day on clients' behalf
Build and maintain a diverse portfolio of clients
Communicate regularly with clients via Slack and Google Meet
Work closely with Head of Acquisition to align on activity and progress, demonstrating potential to become Senior Paid Social Manager
Provide expertise on e-commerce best practices including paid ads, retention strategies, creative, CRO, landing pages, product strategy, Shopify, and analytical tools
Keep up to date with emerging e-commerce best practices through training and research
Effectively communicate and collaborate across the company

Minimum 1 year experience running Meta Ads and TikTok Ads for e-commerce brands at a high level

Extensive knowledge of high-level ecommerce brands' operations and advertising strategies
Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo and Triple Whale
