Summary
Anaconda is seeking a talented Partner Programs and Enablement Lead to join our rapidly growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
What You'll Do
- Support the scale and execution of Anaconda’s partnership strategy for Resellers, Marketplace, ISV, GSI and Embed partners
- Design and project manage implementation of partnership programs that align with Anaconda’s overall commercial goals
- Collaborate with multiple groups (enablement, education, sales, engineering, marketing, product management, and partners) for acceleration program development
- Ensure relationships between Partners and Anaconda are positioned in an outstanding and differentiated light, allowing Anaconda to achieve its strategic business objectives and drive new subscription revenue and grow customer success
- Construct enablement acceleration programs at global and regional levels to increase partner learning
- Onboard new Resellers, Marketplace, ISV and GSI partners to drive revenue growth.
- Serve as the comms lead for partner programs
- Organize and manage enablement teams to execute acceleration program effectiveness
- Establish and enhance partner enablement go-to-market assets, resources and touch points
- Conduct internal and partner facing enablement awareness webinars
- Design and facilitate partner enablement feedback programs
- Define and launch enablement acceleration reporting
- Engage in team efforts to improve partner learning paths and learning platforms
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all enablement related activities.
- Develop and manage performance metrics, ensuring progress towards revenue targets and other program goals.
- Regularly assess and report on the effectiveness of program initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the partners’ teams to ensure successful engagements.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for partnership growth
- Ensure relationships between Partners and Anaconda are positioned in an outstanding and differentiated light, allowing Anaconda to achieve its strategic business objectives and drive new revenue and grow customer success
What You Need:
- 8+ years of sales enablement experience
- 5+ years of proven track record of creating partner programs focused on increasing product proficiency and sales productivity.
- Strong familiarity with Modern AI/ML and Data Science Stack
- Experience working with and educating partners is highly preferred
- Exceptional leadership, project management and communication skills
