The Position:

The Partnerships Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the efforts and growth of the Partnerships Team. In this role you will communicate on a regular basis with partners across the organization to provide updates, gather feedback and address concerns. This role will assist in ensuring seamless execution and success of Partnership Projects and focuses on a portfolio of smaller partners. This role demands not only expertise in relationship management and marketing execution but also a deep understanding and knowledge of our product.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and commitment to partnership objectives.

  • Assist in the implementation of partnership projects, coordinating efforts across departments. Monitor and report on the progress of partnership initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.

  • Regularly communicate with Partnership Managers to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns. Prepare and present reports on partnership performance to the team so they can address key partners

  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams on negotiation of partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to improve processes and systems related to partner management. Contribute to the development of scalable and efficient workflows to enhance partner experience and operational efficiency

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience (3-5+ years) as a social media manager or a related field.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a coordinator or similar role, preferably in partnership with development or business development.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with external partners, stakeholders and vendors.

  • Experience in managing partner expectations and fostering collaborative efforts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and organizations

  • Experience working in a start-up to scale environment

  • Previous SaaS experience in both B2B and B2C preferred

  • Change-ready - you understand that things constantly evolve and can flawlessly adapt and excel within a hyper-growth environment

The target salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $75,000. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammate pay regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.

GameChanger (a subsidiary of DICK’S Sporting Goods) has company-wide practices to monitor and protect the company from significant compliance and monetary implications as it pertains to employer state tax liabilities.
